**Building Fire**

Squad 41 and Engine 43 responded to Interstate 81 North, at the exit 16 on ramp, for a vehicle accident. Units found a two vehicle accident with the driver confined inside one of the vehicles. Deputy Chief 47 established Command 44. SQ41 extricated one patient using the Holmatro Rescue spreaders and cutters. Once extricated, SQ41 assisted EMS with patient care and packaging. E43 assisted SQ41 with extrication, patient care, and fluid clean up. Station 4 fire police was on scene and handled traffic control.
