Just before 7pm, Monday evening, Franklin County 911 alerted units on box 7-1(Fayetteville FD) for an outlet burning.

Squad 41 & Engine 43 responded with 8 volunteers. Chief 7 arrived to a single story, single family, wood frame structure with smoke showing.

Squad 41 arrived 1st, assuming 1st due responsibilities. Engine 43 picked up their lay-out from a nearby hydrant. Crews found an outlet burning in the living room, secured the power and opened up the wall checking for extension. Finding none. The squad crew then focused on positive pressure ventilation of the structure.

Crews operated for 30mins.
