Shortly after 3:30am on Monday September 10th 2024, Engine 45 and Truck 42 were alerted for the inside investigation of smoke on Eton Court in Hamilton Township. Deputy Chief 47 arrived to find a 2 story townhouse with nothing evident from the front. Upon completing a 360, smoke was found coming from the rear and a Box Alarm was requested. Engine 45 and Truck 42 located fire in the attic and began opening the ceilings. Additional units arrived and assisted with overhaul operations. Units cleared after approximately 2 hours.
