12:25pm – Vehicle Accident | Squad 41 and Engine 45 found a 2 vehicle accident involving a tractor trailer hauling liquid asphalt. Squad 41 secured the tractor trailer and found no leaks from the truck or trailer. Engine 45 assisted with patient care and handled debris clean up.

2:30pm – Electrical Fire | Engine 45 with 3 and Truck 42 with 5 responded first due to the 3800Blk of Letterkenny Rd for a report of fire in a laundry room. STA4 units and Co.13 found a fire out on arrival inside a dryer with no extension.

7:06pm – Fire Alarm | Engine 45 and Truck 42 found a heat detector set off due to an oven. No fire department services were needed.

7:41 am SQ41 and Truck 42 with a total of 8 responded for a CO Alarm Activation. Units ultimately found a faulty CO detector. After returning from the CO Alarm, Station 4 members performed a deep cleaning of Truck 42 along with preventative maintenance of equipment.
